River Hospital is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Revenue Cycle Coordinator to lead and support daily revenue cycle operations. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for coordinating billing, cash collections, patient enrollments, and registration functions while proactively identifying and resolving revenue cycle challenges before they impact operations.

The ideal candidate is a collaborative problem-solver with strong analytical skills, healthcare revenue cycle experience, and the ability to step into operational workflows as needed.

THIS IS A FULLY ONSITE POSITION

JOB SUMMARY:
Coordination of the revenue cycle team including but not limited to billing, cash collections, enrollments and registration while helping to identify and resolve revenue cycle challenges before they impact operations. Position is a working manager position, able to cross train and provide coverage as needed. 

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, CERTIFICATION, LICENSURE:

• Associate degree in accounting and/or Business Administration, required 
• Three to five (3-5) years healthcare experience is highly preferred
• Leadership experience in related field, highly preferred 
• Strong Excel skills with an emphasis on data manipulation and formulas, required
